Bessemer is on the brink of a major decision—and we need your voice to protect Alabama’s future.

The City Council is considering a zoning change to convert beloved forested land currently designated as A-1 Agricultural land into I-1 Light Industrial to make way for a massive data center, proposed by Logistics Land Investment, LLC. This project will bring increased energy demands, strain our water resources, and destroy green space that feeds our communities and supports our ecology.
